1. Level 3
2. 90 ability points to be distributed as you see fit over the six ability scores plus a 7th score, "bloodline strength". (which should be at least 13, but don't worry if the bloodline rules are confusing--we can get to them later)
3. No more than one score below 10, and the lowest that can be is 8.
4. Basically, since this is a non-adventuring campaign, mental abilities and skills are much more important than brute strength.
5. Don't forget about the special birthright feats! (master spy, etc)
6. If someone wants to be a warrior, we can make sure that incentives exist for being all brawny and shit.
